- Design, implement, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions;
- Integrate backend services with web and mobile frontends;
- Write clean, efficient, and secure code;
- Optimize performance and reliability;
- Troubleshoot production issues;
- Review code from other team members;
- Contribute to architecture decisions;
- Help improve development processes, tooling, and documentation.
требования
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles;
- Proven experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, building and maintaining production-grade services;
- Advanced programming skills in one or more backend languages like Java, C#, Python, or Go, and related frameworks;
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns applied to scalable and maintainable systems;
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling;
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with front-end or third-party systems;
- Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows;
- Ability to work on-site in Astana, collaborate effectively within a team, and mentor less experienced developers;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
