• Define product direction for technically complex and AI-driven initiatives;
• Translate business goals into clear system architectures and technical designs;
• Design scalable architectures for AI-enabled products and internal platforms;
• Build, prototype, and deliver core components through hands-on engineering;
• Evaluate technical trade-offs aligned with long-term product goals;
• Bridge product, architecture, and engineering execution;
• Explore and apply practical AI use cases that deliver real customer value;

• Strong product mindset with a focus on user value and outcomes;
• Solid experience in system or solution architecture for complex software;
• Hands-on engineering background with production code experience;
• Practical experience with AI technologies or AI-powered systems;
• Ability to operate across strategy, design, and execution;
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping problems;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience with data, analytics, or AI infrastructure products, Startup or scale-up background with hybrid/undefined roles, Technical lead or cross-functional ownership experience, Cloud platforms, distributed systems, modern backend architectures, Open-source contributions.
