angular developer for an RPA platform

EPAM is a technology company that develops enterprise software products, open source solutions, and accelerators. The role supports an RPA platform for a global leader in cloud computing, search, AI, and enterprise productivity solutions.

• Manage the full lifecycle of major features, from authoring Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and designing metrics strategies to configuration, release, and post-launch stabilization;
• Lead the implementation and modernization of authorization stacks, including RBAC and principal validation;
• Ensure robust security practices across API and database layers;
• Drive the migration of legacy codebases to modern infrastructure, including transitioning legacy clients to gRPC and migrating to modern web frameworks;
• Develop frontend components such as navigation menus, state modules, and UI widgets;
• Prioritize accessibility (A11y) and user experience in UI/UX enhancements;
• Conduct code reviews and organize bug bash sessions to ensure system stability;
• Provide technical guidance during bug-fixing phases;
• Facilitate onboarding of new team members and present demos to stakeholders;
• Participate in discussions about system architecture and software quality.

• Strong backend and frontend development experience with authorization frameworks, RBAC, gRPC, and API design;
• Experience with modernization projects, particularly migrating legacy frontends to web-based frameworks;
• Ability to create technical documentation, including PRDs and user guides, and define metrics/KPI strategies for product launches;
• Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration with accessibility teams;
• Solid understanding of security best practices across API and database layers;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal;
• Availability to work hybrid from one of the client's offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, or Warsaw;
• Nice to have: experience with RPA platforms or automation tooling at scale, familiarity with cloud-native development on major cloud platforms, knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles, experience with Protocol Buffers and service-oriented architectures, background in large-scale globally distributed engineering organizations, familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs post-launch.
