• Build the Arise Android app from scratch, including architecture, implementation, and release;
• Own the Android codebase end-to-end;
• Make architectural decisions balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability;
• Collaborate with design to refine usability and user experience;
• Align with the iOS developer to ensure cross-platform consistency;
• Support monetization strategies by integrating features with measurable business impact.

• Minimum 4 years of Android development experience;
• Proven track record of building an app from scratch;
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin;
• Experience with Gradle and CI/CD tooling;
• Solid understanding of Material Design principles, patterns, and best practices;
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code;
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
