You will join the Data Platform Tribe , which is responsible for the Group's foundational Data technology stack, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable access to data and analytical services on a global scale.

Within the OPEN Feature Team, you will contribute to the transformation of Accor's analytics ecosystem, as well as the structuring and evolution of its self-service analytics offering. The team's mission is to provide and evolve data access tools (such as new conversational interfaces), enhance user experience, and support Business Analysts in mastering their solutions.

In short, this team is responsible for empowering data users and builders to accomplish their own missions autonomously, while maximizing value and minimizing costs.

This position holds a key leadership role, combining the definition of the product strategy for the OPEN scope, management of the feature team's Product Owners, and a strong contribution to aligning product vision, business needs, and technological capabilities.
