• Translate strategic vision into execution roadmaps and drive implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to support the department’s growth and potential spin-off

• Bring a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and the drive to take end-to-end ownership
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
