The company operates in the insurance industry.

• Design, tune, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning;
• Build and optimize MLOps/LLMOps processes with Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems;
• Integrate AI solutions with the new claims-handling systems ecosystem;
• Implement advanced RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and work with the latest LLMs in Azure OpenAI;
• Contribute to ensuring AI solutions comply with AI Governance and AI Act requirements, including preparing technical documentation and monitoring models;
• Collaborate actively with business and IT teams, present work results, and support the deployment and adoption of AI solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, AI Developer, or in a related role, including at least 1 year of production deployment experience;
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI-based process orchestration;
• Proficiency in Python;
• Practical experience building and maintaining MLOps/LLMOps processes with Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools;
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG solutions, prompt engineering techniques, and evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially services supporting AI and GenAI solution development;
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems using REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms;
• Practical knowledge of source code management tools, especially Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub;
• Higher technical education in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, engineering, or related fields;
• Proactive attitude, independence, and readiness to take responsibility for solutions from concept through deployment;
• English at minimum B2 level;
• Readiness to provide services in Warsaw in a hybrid model;
• Nice to have: Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements, Azure certifications DP-100, AI-102, or AI-900, knowledge of the insurance industry and its business processes.

• Hybrid work requires 3 days on-site and 2 days remotely in Warsaw.
