задачи
- Design, develop, and maintain intelligent backend systems combining LLMs, retrieval systems, and custom APIs;
- Participate in team discussions and conduct code reviews;
- Propose, research, and integrate emerging generative AI technologies;
- Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions;
- Monitor and improve existing AI systems, optimizing cost efficiency and performance.
требования
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ Years of professional backend development experience using Golang, Java, or Python;
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience developing and deploying production GenAI applications;
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic retrieval techniques;
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and related tools;
- Experience with agentic architectures and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Genkit, or similar tools;
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle, including CI/CD, testing, and Cloud deployment;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering features on time and with high quality;
- Experience optimizing, monitoring, and testing LLM-based applications;
- Passion for emerging GenAI technologies and innovation in AI;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
- Commitment to continuous learning;
- Nice to have: AWS Cloud Services, LLM observability frameworks and tracing tools, model evaluation and feedback pipelines, open-source contributions, side projects, or technical blogs demonstrating AI or backend engineering expertise.
