• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions;
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 AI engineers;
• Conduct code reviews and provide architectural guidance;
• Facilitate professional development for team members;
• Oversee the transition from experimental notebooks to production-grade services;
• Ensure high availability and low latency;
• Evaluate and prototype new AI techniques, including RAG, fine-tuning, and quantization.

• Have 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Software Engineering;
• Have at least 2 years in a formal or informal leadership/lead role;
• Hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or have equivalent industry experience;
• Demonstrate mastery of Python;
• Have deep familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain;
• Have experience with vector databases, including Pinecone and Milvus;
• Have experience with API design using FastAPI or Flask;
• Have exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Nice to have: Experience with Generative AI, LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, agile workflow management.
