• Develop AI and GenAI applications for engineering and development processes;
• Build scalable data and AI workflows and integrate AI models into existing system landscapes;
• Automate and optimize processes across the product development lifecycle, focusing on CAD, Requirements Engineering, and simulation;
• Identify AI opportunities and translate technical requirements into innovative solutions;
• Further develop, monitor, and scale production AI solutions;
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and customers on national and international projects.

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field;
• Professional experience in AI, GenAI, or engineering environments;
• Passion for AI and Generative AI, scalable systems, cloud technologies, and performant AI infrastructure;
• Expertise in Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, RAG, cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and CI/CD;
• Knowledge of AI Engineering and MLOps;
• Independent, goal-oriented, collaborative, and hands-on working style;
• German at C1 level or business fluent;
• English at C1 level or business fluent;
• Valid work permit;
• Nice to have: Initial experience with CAD systems, Requirements Engineering, or simulation environments.

• Part-time work is possible alongside full-time work;
• 30 Vacation days;
