• Design and implement prompt chains, multi-step workflows, and decision logic using LLMs;
• Connect AI solutions to APIs, databases, and business tools to create end-to-end automation workflows;
• Build low-code and no-code solutions using platforms such as Make and Zapier with LLM APIs;
• Set up and configure Model Context Protocol connections to extend AI agent capabilities safely and reliably;
• Create reusable templates, prompt libraries, and documented patterns for business teams;
• Document workflows, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.

• Hands-on experience building workflows with APIs, webhooks, or low-code platforms;
• Solid understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, prompt engineering fundamentals, and multi-step AI workflows;
• Focus on reliability, reusability, and maintainability;
• Comfortable working with version control and documentation;
• Ability to break down business processes and identify where AI automation adds value;
• Ability to explain technical architecture clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
• Nice to have: experience with prompt engineering frameworks or tools such as LangChain and LangSmith, Python or JavaScript for light scripting, familiarity with AI governance, content moderation, or safety considerations, experience building AI-driven chatbots or assistants for customer-facing use cases.
