• Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications
• Develop reliable AI systems using modern frameworks and techniques
• Integrate AI solutions with existing software, APIs, and cloud services
• Improve AI systems in performance, cost, scalability, and reliability
• Own projects end-to-end, from the initial idea through to production
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI solutions
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to solve real-world problems

• 5+ Years of experience across software engineering and AI
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on AI experience
• Experience building and deploying applications using LLMs
• Strong understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and AI agent frameworks
• Strong Python skills and experience building production-quality software
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud services, and integrations
• Familiarity with AI testing, evaluation, and quality processes
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
• Comfortable working in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
• Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership
• Practical mindset focused on building and shipping
