• Deploy ICEYE's intelligence platform into secure on-premise, air-gapped networks and classified data centers;
• Build and maintain Docker-based applications and manage deployments in customer Kubernetes clusters;
• Develop APIs and data pipelines connecting ICEYE systems with customer C4ISR infrastructure and intelligence tools;
• Troubleshoot deployment issues in disconnected environments without external internet access;
• Build RAG systems combining ICEYE SAR data with customer intelligence documents;
• Develop AI agents and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools;
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and conversational AI interfaces for querying satellite data;
• Create MCP integrations connecting AI systems with customer data sources;
• Build data fusion pipelines combining SAR imagery with AIS, RF signals, optical imagery, and SIGINT;
• Develop automated workflows that correlate and cross-reference information across data modalities;
• Create lightweight tools, dashboards, and alerting systems for customer operational needs;
• Work with intelligence analysts, data scientists, and military operators to understand mission-critical problems;
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions addressing immediate operational requirements;
• Conduct hands-on training on platform capabilities and AI workflow usage;
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into technical requirements for ICEYE product and engineering teams.

• 3+ Years of hands-on software engineering experience building and deploying production systems;
• Strong Python skills plus one of Go, TypeScript, or Rust;
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systems;
• Working knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or pydantic-ai, and vector databases;
• Experience with Docker and deployments in secure, isolated, or air-gapped environments;
• Practical experience with APIs, data pipelines, and production system integration;
• Familiarity with Linux and basic Kubernetes operations;
• Ability to ship quickly, iterate on feedback, and prioritize working solutions over perfect architecture;
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong spoken and written English;
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to customer sites within the region;
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant national and NATO security clearances at the highest level;
• Nice to have: Experience in defense, intelligence, or government operational environments, on-premise data centers or air-gapped networks, geospatial data, satellite imagery or remote sensing, MCP integrations, multi-agent systems or agentic workflows, deeper Kubernetes, IaC with Terraform or Ansible, offline CI/CD, intelligence analysis workflows, defense or government requirements, data fusion, multi-source intelligence integration, GIS tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS, solution engineering, technical consulting, customer success, or defense technology companies.

• Hybrid work with on-site customer locations in Poland approximately 50% of the time;
• Travel to customer sites within the region 40–60% of the time;
