The company collaborates with a Barcelona-based startup scaling globally in cybersecurity. Its platform helps large organizations secure AI agent systems by addressing both exposure management and runtime security.

• Design and implement novel AI-based components for the platform, applying state-of-the-art research in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to production systems;
• Lead fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment experiments for advanced models;
• Develop efficient pipelines for large-scale data and model training;
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research into practical solutions;
• Publish technical articles and internal papers and contribute to the team’s knowledge base;
• Stay at the frontier of the field, evaluate new research, and integrate relevant findings.

• PhD in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Science, or a closely related field;
• PhD in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering is also acceptable if the research focused on models, optimization, or applied statistics;
• Strong AI/ML research track record in NLP, generative AI, or a similar area, with publications, patents, or significant contributions to the field;
• Strong programming skills in Python;
• Solid foundation in algorithms, optimization, and applied statistics;
• Ability to prototype, experiment, and adapt quickly;
• Ability to bridge research and engineering from theory to production;
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset;
• Nice to have: Previous experience in a business environment, even if brief.
