• Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks;
• Develop and implement AI applications using standard AI frameworks, APIs, and enterprise tools while contributing to production-ready solutions;
• Support the deployment and maintenance of AI applications using cloud-native infrastructure, containers, and modern AI services;
• Apply standard MLOps practices, including testing, deployment, monitoring, version control, and model evaluation;
• Apply Responsible AI principles, testing standards, and AI evaluation techniques to ensure reliable and secure AI solutions;
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions while supporting the implementation of commercial AI use cases;
• Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, data engineers, and clients to solve complex business challenges;
• Continuously expand expertise in AI engineering frameworks, cloud technologies, and enterprise AI while contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

• 2+ Years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable discipline;
• Solid understanding of commercial topics such as pricing, sales, marketing, and customer experience;
• Hands-on experience with Python and building AI-powered applications;
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks;
• Experience using APIs, cloud technologies, containers, and enterprise AI tools;
• Knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms;
• Understanding of modern AI engineering concepts, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and Responsible AI principles;
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions;
• Clear communication in English (C1+);
• Curiosity, proactivity, and motivation to develop technical and consulting capabilities.
