• Prioritize, launch, and scale Agentic AI features for internal AI SaaS products used by more than 2,000 people, based on impact, effort, and risk
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend enhancements, and promote best practices
• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of GenAI-related SaaS applications to ensure performance and reliability
• Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs for user adoption and system usage
• Liaise with software vendors on support, updates, and product roadmaps; evaluate features based on usability, business impact, costs, and risk
• Provide advanced technical support to end users and resolve application issues
• Set up FinOps reporting to align SaaS consumption costs with business needs
• Promote internal adoption through communication campaigns, hackathons, and enablement initiatives; partner with AI Change Champions on training and change management

• Hold a university degree
• Have a background in consulting, professional services, or a startup environment
• Have 2–5+ years of experience managing software solutions, focused on Analytics, SaaS, or AI-based solutions
• Translate technical AI concepts into measurable business impact for non-technical audiences
• Be familiar with AI compliance and data privacy requirements
• Have strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Have experience with enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies
• Have C1 or higher proficiency in spoken and written English
