- Build multi-agent workflows that turn specifications into production-ready software.
- Develop systems where AI agents write, test, evaluate and improve their own code.
- Build reliable LLM-powered features and intelligent automation for real customers.
- Continuously improve agent performance, quality and autonomy.
требования
- Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience building agents, multi-agent workflows and LLM applications.
- Strong Python and good software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience taking AI-powered products beyond prototypes and into production.
- A genuine passion for experimenting with and advancing AI engineering.
