задачи
- Build and ship AI features from concept through to production;
- Design and improve agent workflows, prompts, memory, and tool use;
- Build reliable AI systems that solve real user problems;
- Improve latency, reliability, and overall production performance;
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure real-world model quality;
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous problems into working software.
требования
- Commercial experience building production AI/ML applications;
- Strong Python engineering skills;
- Experience with modern LLMs and agentic AI systems;
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM orchestration;
- Experience deploying and operating production ML systems;
- Comfort working across models, infrastructure, and product.
