• Collaborate with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment to identify, design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning solutions;
• Contribute to ML architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines, and APIs;
• Design and implement state-of-the-art data products, machine learning models, and systems to optimize the HCM system user experience;
• Learn and apply new machine learning techniques that lead to innovations;
• Write high-quality code and documentation;
• Champion and define best practices for highly adaptive, high-performing, continuous-learning AI models and systems;
• Mentor team members and help them become familiar with the team, environment, and resources.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field;
• 3–5 Years of experience in relevant skills gained in the same or a similar role;
• Advanced English language proficiency;
• Fluency in Python, including data science packages such as pandas and sklearn;
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data science and machine learning methods;
• Familiarity with natural language processing;
• Experience with AWS cloud solutions, including S3, Glue, Lambda, Step, and SageMaker;
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins;
• Experience with Databricks, MLflow, and/or Jupyter notebooks;
• Knowledge of generative and embedding models and deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field, experience with NoSQL and vector databases, understanding of data products such as recommender systems, classifiers, and chatbots.
