задачи
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning models and LLM-powered systems;
- Manage the full AI pipeline including data preparation, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment.
требования
- 3+ Years of professional Python development experience;
- Solid hands-on experience with PyTorch for model training, fine-tuning, and inference;
- Experience working with LLMs including fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), RLHF, or distillation;
- Understanding of transformer architectures and modern deep learning fundamentals;
- Experience with data processing pipelines and dataset preparation for training;
- Proficiency with Python ML ecosystem: NumPy, pandas, Hugging Face Transformers;
- Nice to have: Experience with distributed training (DeepSpeed, FSDP), familiarity with cloud GPU infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Lambda Labs), experience building RAG pipelines or agent-based systems, contributions to open-source ML projects or published research.
