IT Factory is a dynamic company specializing in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions, currently providing services for a major Polish insurance firm.
задачи
- Design and train AI/ML and GenAI models (LLM, RAG);
- Work with Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, and AI Search;
- Build MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD;
- Integrate solutions within hybrid architecture systems;
- Monitor models, handle incidents, and maintain documentation;
- Ensure compliance with AI regulations, including the AI Act;
- Collaborate with business and IT teams.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in AI/Data Science, including at least 1 year of production deployments;
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow);
- Strong SQL skills;
- Experience in MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD);
- Experience working with NLP/OCR and unstructured data;
- Proficiency in Azure and GCP;
- Knowledge of AI regulations, including the AI Act;
- Nice to have: Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, Power Platform, DP-100 / AI-102 / AI-900 certifications, experience in the financial/insurance industry, Kafka, ESB, Git, Agile/Scrum.
