• Design and implement AI-powered product features using modern LLMs;
• Build AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems;
• Integrate enterprise systems with AI through APIs, MCP servers, and AI orchestration frameworks;
• Develop evaluation pipelines to measure AI quality, accuracy, latency, and cost;
• Optimize prompts, context engineering, and retrieval strategies;
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI features;
• Stay current with advances in LLMs and AI engineering practices.

• 5+ Years of software engineering experience;
• Strong software engineering background, preferably with Java, Python, or TypeScript;
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Amazon Bedrock);
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search;
• Experience building AI agents, tool-calling workflows, or MCP-based integrations;
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS;
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Nice to have: evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, Git-based development, chatbots, content generation, AI assistants.
