Relocation outside Europe is not possible and the hiring process includes a technical challenge.
задачи
- Design and build end-to-end AI systems;
- Take solutions from concept to production environment;
- Make architectural decisions and monitor quality;
- Lead a team of 4–5 engineers in collaboration with the project manager;
- Coach junior and medior colleagues;
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Build scalable solutions using MLOps and CI/CD.
требования
- Strong foundation in software engineering (Python) or machine learning;
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end solutions to production;
- Experience with GenAI or Agentic AI;
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
- Experience leading small technical teams or projects (formally or informally);
- Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and stakeholders.
