• Strong production-ML background with a focus on stable, cost-effective services;
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, tool use, and advanced RAG patterns;
• Advanced Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow skills with a history of writing clean, maintainable production code;
• Proven track record of launching ML products from scratch as a core team member;
• Empathetic mentor capable of explaining complex AI concepts;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Experience with knowledge tracing (IRT/BKT/DKT), error diagnostics, mastery models, proficiency in Knowledge Graphs, graph databases (e.g., Neo4j), graph algorithms, and hands-on experience with on-device/self-hosted models and inference optimization.
