AI engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a project for one of Poland's leading banks.

• Design, develop, and maintain Agentic AI solutions.
• Build systems based on LLMs and RAG solutions.
• Design multi-agent architecture using Agno, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with business systems through APIs.
• Develop AI and Machine Learning components in Python.
• Create evaluation, monitoring, and observability mechanisms for AI solutions.
• Optimize model response quality, reduce hallucinations, and implement security mechanisms.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, and IT teams.

• At least 5 years of commercial programming experience in Python.
• At least 2 years of experience in projects involving LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI.
• Practical experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of Agno, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with vector databases, e.g. Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Knowledge of embeddings, reranking, and model response optimization.
• Experience building backends using FastAPI.
• Knowledge of ML/AI libraries, e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Experience monitoring and evaluating AI systems, e.g. Langfuse, LangSmith, Promptfoo, DeepEval.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps.
• Ability to design AI solution architecture in an enterprise environment.
