- Conducting business analysis
- Preparing business documentation
- Visualizing planned work projects as mockups
- Agreeing requirements with stakeholders (the ability to reach a compromise between stakeholders' expectations and the possibilities for implementing a change)
- Participating in testing the functionalities being built
- Preparing business/test cases required to verify the functionality being built
- Preparing test scenarios
требования
- Practical, proven ability to define business requirements as a Product Backlog, in accordance with agile methodologies
- Independently seeking and proposing solutions to business challenges
- Participation in at least 3 projects as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the area of business process implementation
- Knowledge of mortgage processes
- Ability to work on a complex project
- Ability to visualize planned work projects as mockups
- Experience working with Scrum
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to model and optimize business processes
- Experience creating use cases
- Preparing quantitative analyses
- Experience in the financial industry
условия
- Rate: PLN 100–120/hour net + VAT (B2B)
