AI engineer

For our Client in the banking sector, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (m/f) to join a team developing an Agentic AI platform based on the Agno framework. This role is for someone with experience in production LLM and RAG deployments in an enterprise environment.

• Designing and developing AI agents and multi-agent architecture supporting the Bank's processes
• Building LLM and RAG solutions and integrating them with the Bank's systems via API
• Developing AI components and ML models in Python
• Evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing the quality, cost, and security of AI solutions
• Working with business teams, architects, IT, and the security team

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in Python
• At least 2 years of experience implementing LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions, including production deployments
• Knowledge of agent frameworks (e.g. Agno, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases
• Knowledge of embeddings, reranking, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and MLOps/LLMOps
• Experience designing AI architecture in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Polish at C1 level
