Kleos builds payout infrastructure for global teams, helping companies hire, manage, and pay remote talent worldwide in a compliant and seamless manner.

• Own the brand visual identity and propose updates to the system;
• Build and maintain the design system for marketing and web;
• Design landing pages and templates in Tilda, Webflow, and Lovable;
• Ensure website style consistency across all pages;
• Create marketing assets including social media content, presentations, merchandise, and ads;
• Maintain visual coherence across every product touchpoint.

• 5+ Years of experience in web or commercial design;
• Strong visual portfolio featuring landing pages, web design, and branding;
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator;
• Working knowledge of motion tools such as After Effects and Spline;
• Hands-on experience with landing-page platforms, especially Webflow;
• Proficiency in using AI tools within the design workflow;
• Fluent English;
• Intermediate Russian;
• Nice to have: Experience with Tilda, Lovable.
