Proven experience designing enterprise- and SMB-level sales presentations and artifacts
Strong visual and design sensibility, with a genuine human touch beyond template assembly
Comfortable working with or learning to set up AI automations using Claude
Able to build a scalable template system from scratch
Available for ongoing support and polish as the team self-serves using the templates
Available at least 20 hours per week for the first 3–4 weeks
Available 20 hours per week on an ongoing basis, across three days a week
