• Develop visual concepts for brand recognition and a strong brand identity
• Further develop SMARTBROKER+’s visual branding and translate its values into high-quality graphic materials
• Create campaign graphics, social media assets, trade fair stand designs, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop designs iteratively and incorporate feedback constructively

• Proficient with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong design skills in typography, layout, imagery, color, and visual composition
• Able to understand brand identity and translate it into consistent design systems
• Good awareness of current design trends and aesthetics
• Experience creating performance marketing graphics and social media designs
