• As part of our video team, you independently design and produce sophisticated motion assets for digital client projects with confidence in your style and efficiency.
• You understand and identify our clients’ specific needs, communication goals and challenges, and translate them into impactful moving-image concepts.
• You animate graphics for explainer videos, develop dynamic packaging for web video formats and visualize complex relationships as animated infographics.
• Working within existing brand designs for established and new brands, you create videos, animations and presentations, develop existing projects further and bring in fresh creative ideas.
• You independently conduct research tailored to the goals and requirements of your projects and accurately and reliably estimate the effort required for your productions.
• You brief colleagues and external service providers clearly and precisely, give structured feedback to project management and editorial teams, and ensure transparent, smooth workflows.

• You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in motion design, media design for image and sound, communication design, multimedia or a comparable field.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in motion design and video production, preferably in an agency or media environment.
• You stay on top of things, remain flexible and deliver consistently high design quality, even during intensive project phases and with ambitious deadlines.
• You have an excellent eye for design, visual information communication, typography and layout, as well as a confident understanding of how graphics, photography and illustration work together.
• You are highly proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop; we also require a solid foundation in 3D, for example Cinema 4D or Blender, as well as practical experience shooting and editing live-action footage.
• You impress us with a compelling showreel or recent work samples that demonstrate your creative range, timing and commitment to quality. Please include the link directly in your CV or cover letter.
• You are proactive and a strong communicator, and you have very good German skills, at least C1 level, as well as good English skills for project-related communication.
