To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long-term work location. Create visual assets for paid and organic social content, product visuals, brand assets, and presentation decks, owning quality from brief to final output
Develop expertise in a primary creative discipline and build skills across adjacent disciplines
Use AI tools to expand creative output, explore visual directions, and accelerate production workflows
Deliver high-quality work across multiple projects and priorities, balancing craft with urgency
Apply business context to make strategically purposeful creative decisions
Identify gaps, propose ideas, and take initiative on opportunities for impactful creative work
