They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours. • To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long-term work location.

Shape high-impact product experiences
Design intuitive, effective, and delightful UI and UX, from early concepts through polished delivery
Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft short specifications, and identify risks, edge cases, and initial approaches before using design tools
Use Cursor and Claude Code to create interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code, choosing between code and Figma as appropriate
Define UX requirements early and collaborate with product managers and engineers from the start through QA and release
Make engineering-aware design decisions
Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and use findings to adjust design direction
Track funnels, retention, and adoption to assess design effectiveness and inform future releases
Identify high-value product improvements in the backlog, align stakeholders, and deliver them quickly
