Choicy.work provides a platform focused on product-led growth and user experience optimization.

• Design and develop product flows across web, mobile web, and mobile app;
• Work on onboarding, paywalls, profile flows, discovery, and other core product scenarios;
• Improve existing solutions and design new features;
• Prepare designs for development including screens, states, logic, and comments;
• Collaborate with engineers and support implementation through design QA;
• Maintain interface consistency across platforms;
• Reduce design debt and contribute to the design system;
• Work closely with product, engineering, and other designers.

• Experience in product UX/UI design for digital products, specifically in-house product experience;
• Ability to design practical, working solutions;
• Experience handing off designs to development and supporting implementation;
• Understanding of product flows such as onboarding, conversion flows, paywalls, and profile flows;
• Experience with both web and mobile interfaces;
• Ability to work in uncertainty and with constraints;
• Ability to justify design decisions through the task, user needs, and product context;
• English sufficient for working with interfaces and product communication;
• Portfolio with real products that have been released;
• Readiness to confirm previous work experience through references or recommendations;
• Nice to have: Experience with subscription-based products, experience in HRTech, EdTech, or FinTech, experience working on multi-platform products, participation in the development of design systems, experience with user research and A/B testing, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
