Social Discovery Group operates a global network of social discovery companies and platforms designed to connect users across different cultures. The organization focuses on addressing issues of loneliness and isolation by developing social entertainment products that facilitate virtual interaction.

• Build and evolve design systems for iOS, Android, and mobile web;
• Create prototypes and communicate microinteractions to the team;
• Run user research including interviews, usability tests, and A/B tests;
• Shape product decisions using both UX and product metrics;
• Own design processes from ideation to measurable impact.

• 4+ Years of experience in UX/UI design;
• 2+ Years of experience in product companies;
• Portfolio demonstrating real impact through ideation, A/B tests, redesigns, and results;
• Experience working on B2C products as a Senior Product Designer;
• Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence;
• English B2+;
• Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
