MKS Atotech develops a Digital Factory Suite (DFS) portfolio, providing cloud-based predictive maintenance and analytical applications to help customers monitor equipment wear, identify safety hazards, and improve product quality.
задачи
- Conduct user research, create user personas, user flows, and journey maps;
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications and cloud-based services;
- Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs;
- Collaborate with product managers to define and document clear, user-centered use cases;
- Translate use cases into initial user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system;
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field;
- 2+ Years of experience as a UI/UX Designer;
- Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and information architecture;
- Working fluency in English and Russian/Belarusian;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, understanding of SDLC, basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), experience with industrial automation or PCB manufacturing processes.
