UX/UI Designer

• Shape digital products and services end-to-end for a major automotive client;
• Define user journeys and interaction models for vehicle configuration tools;
• Refine visual design for in-car displays, micro-interactions for connected services, and component behavior for customer apps;
• Lead design thinking across complex and ambiguous problem spaces;
• Frame complex problems, define clear opportunities, and actively shape product direction;
• Manage stakeholders across various disciplines including product, marketing, engineering, and brand;
• Create high-quality design artifacts including interactive prototypes, presentations, and visual assets;
• Translate user research and data into actionable insights to drive design decisions.

• Proven ability to operate as an end-to-end product designer, transitioning between UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution;
• Strong experience working with complex, tokenized design systems and component architecture;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for scalable, well-structured design files;
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles for web, mobile, and in-car interfaces;
• Ability to lead design within complex, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements;
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Nice to have: Automotive sector experience, experience working across multiple brands and visual identities.
