Innowise is an international software development company that provides IT consulting and custom software engineering services across various industries, including game development.

• Design game interfaces from early concepts and sketches to the final solution;
• Create UX scenarios, interaction systems, and visual solutions that support game mechanics;
• Collaborate with game designers, UI artists, developers, and other specialists across the team;
• Ensure the quality of interface implementation in the game engine;
• Improve existing solutions based on feedback, testing results, and changes in game mechanics;
• Work with game texts and their integration into the interface.

• 3+ Years of experience as a UI/UX Designer and experience creating interfaces for game projects;
• Understanding of game UX, UI patterns, and player interaction principles;
• Ability to maintain and evolve a project’s visual style, work with design systems, UI kits, and component libraries;
• Experience preparing documentation and design guidelines;
• English level B1 or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience working on AAA/AA projects, Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity and understanding of UI integration into game engines, Experience conducting UX testing for game interfaces.
