UX/UI Designer

Flying Bisons is a strategic design and implementation consultancy specializing in digital products and transformation. The firm partners with enterprises and governments to shape platforms and services for millions of users across sectors including finance, telecommunications, education, media, and retail.

• Create best-in-class UX and UI design solutions from user flows and information architecture to high-fidelity interfaces;
• Map user flows, define information architecture, and design wireframes, mockups, and UI components;
• Ensure designs meet project requirements and maintain visual and interaction consistency;
• Involve in research to understand product performance and identify enhancement opportunities;
• Review and improve current products using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar;
• Work in an end-to-end digital process from research and ideation to visual design and development handoff;
• Visualize ideas through interactive prototypes, design systems, and UI kits;
• Maintain and extend large design systems with new UI patterns and components;
• Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and vendors;
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align design objectives and project goals;
• Work on large-scale projects with international, multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects;
• Full understanding of design processes and ability to tailor them to user and client needs;
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design;
• Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar;
• Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices;
• Solid command of layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, and component-based design;
• AI-First mindset and design approach;
• English and Polish (minimum B2 level);
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability;
• Extreme attention to detail;
• Nice to have: Experience in UX Audits, experience with projects in the MENA region.
