A2G Consulting, also known as A2G Technologies, is a staffing company based in the Netherlands that serves Asian and European markets and focuses on high-tech and non-high-tech clients.

• Create user-centric and intuitive digital experiences;
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing;
• Translate user and business needs into effective UX solutions;
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, and other cross-functional teams;
• Present UX concepts and recommendations to stakeholders;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate UX discussions and workshops in Dutch.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent;
• Proven experience in UX Design;
• Strong experience in user research and usability testing;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• User-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• 12-Month contract with possibility of extension;
