Fayara builds and scales high-performance digital products and infrastructure for international markets across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems. Its products focus on improving user engagement, conversion, retention and revenue throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Own the user experience across the consumer platform;
• Understand how users discover products, engage with them, experience friction, convert and return;
• Continuously optimise every stage of the customer journey through research, behavioural analytics, A/B testing and commercial insight;
• Work alongside Product Owners to define problems before designing solutions;
• Ensure UX decisions are backed by evidence and contribute to measurable business outcomes;
• Collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Marketing and Content teams;
• Improve user engagement, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction.

• 5+ Years designing digital consumer products with a strong focus on UX;
• Proven experience with B2C products where user acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention directly impact commercial performance;
• Experience optimising customer journeys through research, behavioural analytics and experimentation;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business outcomes, not just polished interfaces;
• Experience working closely with Product Managers or Product Owners in agile environments;
• Ability to interpret product data and use it to inform UX decisions;
• Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing and analytics teams;
• Comfortable working professionally within an adult (NSFW) content environment;
• Nice to have: experience within regulated or policy-sensitive industries.

• Hybrid work with 3 days per week from the office in Limassol, Cyprus.
