Riverty provides flexible payment services across various industries, helping established brands simplify financial management and helping people repay debt to build financial confidence. It combines empathy, advanced technology, and data-driven insights to support consumers and businesses.

• Optimize user interaction and the overall experience across consumer touchpoints and channels;
• Conduct research and analyze insights to create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and prototypes;
• Validate design effectiveness against intended objectives;
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience;
• Leverage and contribute to the design system through high-fidelity designs and UI components;
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and management partners to align design with business initiatives;
• Advocate for customers, promote a strong design culture, and foster a human-centric mindset;
• Support a cross-disciplinary consumer team across UX design, service design, research, and UX writing.

• Proficient in conducting user research, identifying user needs, and translating them into intuitive design solutions;
• Experienced in leading end-to-end product design processes from ideation to implementation;
• Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma;
• Able to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability, user flows, and intuitive interfaces;
• Nice to have: Experience mentoring junior designers, partnering with multiple designers and stakeholders across complex product ecosystems, financial services or fintech products, product frameworks and development technologies, B2B/B2C/B2B2C products, accessibility standards such as WCAG.

• Flexible working conditions are available;
• The role is based in Amsterdam, Berlin, or Heerenveen;
