задачи
Design usable services and user interfaces for Comarch products delivered on web platforms for the banking industry and credit domain;
Collaborate daily with analysts and developers on development and implementation projects;
Actively participate in defining and clarifying business requirements for systems under development;
Test and verify designed applications for usability and compliance with the intended assumptions.
требования
At least 3 years of experience in interface design and practical knowledge of UX/UI;
Experience creating complex applications and maintaining and developing design systems;
Advanced practical knowledge of Figma;
Excellent knowledge of digital accessibility principles and WCAG;
Experience working with both internal and external clients;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment;
Strong communication skills, including active listening, knowledge sharing, substantiating design decisions, and openness to constructive criticism;
Nice to have: experience with financial-industry projects, especially credit systems; relevant User Experience / User Interface education or industry certifications; practical knowledge of Jira; experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
