ui/ux designer for World of Warships

Wargaming develops computer games, including the World of Warships product.

• Design web interfaces from sketches through final implementation and control interface assembly;
• Maintain and improve the visual style of web services;
• Control UI visual quality at every production stage, from conception and layouts to implementation;
• Iteratively improve feature designs based on user feedback and changes in technical development requirements;
• Prepare project documentation, including interaction descriptions, UI guidelines, fixing rules, and user interface system improvements;
• Interact with designers, analysts, developers, and QA;
• Create tasks for the 2D team and UI writers.

• 3+ Years of working experience;
• Deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design;
• Data-driven design approach and product-oriented mindset;
• Experience using analytics, user research, and feedback to drive design decisions;
• Ability to design scalable UI systems and establish reusable patterns and standards;
• Excellent knowledge of Figma;
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence;
• Advanced English and Russian;
• Nice to have: experience working with AI tools, basic understanding of layout and frontend markup (HTML/CSS), use of DevTools to identify differences from the design.
