• Translate user needs and business requirements into innovative and compelling UI concepts;
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces;
• Design and refine visual elements, including icons, illustrations, and layouts;
• Manage user-centered design processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing;
• Identify and implement design improvements based on user feedback and analytics;
• Ensure all designs align with company goals, technical constraints, and best practices in UI/UX design;
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Proven experience in UI design;
• Fundamental understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch;
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and aesthetics;
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently;
• Passion for sustainability and environmental issues;
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual elements such as icons, illustrations, and interfaces.
