• Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement;
• Evaluate business processes and conduct research to pinpoint potential issues;
• Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders;
• Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department;
• Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives;
• Produce written reports summarizing data analysis;
• Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes;
• Assess the impact of implemented changes through data collection;
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications;
• Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications;
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback and analytics;
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes;
• Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide.

• Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer on e-commerce or B2B2C products;
• Track record of working closely with product managers and engineers;
• Experience using product and UX metrics to guide design decisions;
• Deep knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative);
• Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows;
• Experience working with design systems and tokenized components;
• Ability to produce clear design documentation;
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
• Excellent time management and ownership mindset;
• Russian C1+;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Experience in professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
