Oneleet is a security and compliance platform that helps companies build, manage, and monitor cybersecurity programs to achieve standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

• Own the end-to-end user experience of the platform, including information architecture, navigation, onboarding, and core workflows;
• Run usability research and customer interviews to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement;
• Design onboarding and first-run experiences to accelerate user value;
• Translate complex security data, findings, and remediation flows into approachable user experiences;
• Design scalable platform patterns for navigation, filtering, triage, and reporting;
• Extend and maintain the existing Storybook component library;
• Partner with product management on scoping and trade-offs to meet deadlines;
• Review engineering output and collaborate during the build process to ensure design intent;
• Develop reusable patterns for AI-powered and automated workflows.

• 5+ Years of product design experience, specifically within developer tools, security, or enterprise SaaS;
• Proven track record of shipping at least one enterprise product end-to-end with clear UX trade-offs;
• Strong UX instincts with experience in usability studies and translating user observations into design decisions;
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including contribution to mature component libraries;
• Systems thinking ability to design scalable patterns across the product;
• Experience working at high velocity while maintaining design quality;
• Excellent communication skills for direct collaboration with customers and engineers;
• Prior startup experience;
• Nice to have: Background in security, compliance, or data-dense technical domains, experience designing for AI/ML-powered features, front-end coding ability (HTML/CSS, light React).
