YALPIZ is a health coaching platform and ecosystem built around data, including nutrition, fitness, and sleep.

• Own product design end to end for mobile and web, including flows and systems;
• Build the design system from zero and maintain it;
• Conduct research, including interviews, session recordings, and analysis of support tickets;
• Define necessary events, analyze funnels, and validate design effectiveness;
• Work directly with the founder on brand and product surfaces, including app icons, store assets, and motion.

• 5+ Years of commercial product design experience with shipped products;
• Experience with at least 2 consumer mobile products live in the App Store or Google Play;
• Professional level in Figma, including components, variants, tokens, and libraries;
• Deep knowledge of iOS HIG and Material Design;
• Understanding of React Native constraints;
• Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel;
• Ability to work fast and iterate without heavy processes;
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and startup-minded;
• Ability to make decisions and defend them with evidence;
• Nice to have: Experience pushing back on stakeholders to ensure product quality.
