• Own the design system by defining, evolving, and maintaining a modular system for live implementations and Figma prototypes;
• Architect complex data-collection and onboarding journeys that adapt to modular, multi-step customer needs;
• Drive strategy through design by collaborating with leadership and product teams to shape roadmap decisions based on user insights and behavioral data;
• Prototype and experiment at scale to validate ideas and iterate based on feedback;
• Mentor and elevate other designers by providing guidance and fostering analytical thinking;
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams to ensure design intent is realized in production;
• Cultivate design culture by shaping rituals, standards, and principles for exceptional user experience.

• 7+ Years of experience designing complex digital products or workflows with a record of success at senior or staff level;
• Deep UX expertise with a focus on data-collection flows and user journeys;
• Systems thinking and strategic mindset to connect design decisions to business and product outcomes;
• Analytical and hypothesis-driven approach using metrics and research;
• Influential communication skills to articulate design rationales and build alignment;
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and work with ambiguity;
• Nice to have: Fintech or compliance experience.
