• Define and execute the overall design strategy across Product, Brand, Marketing, and Communications;
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of designers, including UX/UI, Product, Graphic, Motion, and Brand designers;
• Build scalable design processes, workflows, and quality standards across multiple design disciplines;
• Balance resources and priorities across product development, marketing initiatives, and business needs;
• Ensure consistency of the Tangem brand and user experience across all digital and physical touchpoints;
• Drive collaboration between Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and external vendors;
• Oversee the production of product UX/UI, marketing websites, social media creatives, digital advertising, print materials, packaging, merchandise, exhibition branding, presentations, and motion graphics;
• Introduce and scale AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design efficiency and creative output;
• Define design KPIs, planning, hiring, career development, and performance management for the design team;
• Build a culture of ownership, quality, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

• 7+ Years of professional design experience, including several years leading multidisciplinary design teams;
• Experience managing designers across multiple disciplines, including UX/UI, graphic, brand, marketing, and motion design;
• Strong understanding of both digital and physical design production;
• Experience organizing design operations in a fast-growing company with multiple parallel streams of work;
• Proven ability to build and optimize design processes, planning, prioritization, and resource allocation;
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and executive stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of design systems, brand systems, and cross-platform consistency;
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to integrate them into design workflows;
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and organizational skills;
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution;
• Nice to have: Experience working with hardware products or consumer electronics, experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or cybersecurity, experience managing distributed or international design teams, experience building internal creative operations from the ground up, understanding of video production, 3D, illustration, or creative technologies.
